Kathmandu, Nepal – 12th August, 2025 – Dongfeng Motor Group, one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers, has announced a major investment in its electric vehicle brand, VOYAH Automobile, reaffirming its commitment to the development of clean and intelligent mobility solutions.

Under a capital increase agreement, Dongfeng’s subsidiary, Dongfeng Asset Management (DFAM), will invest US $137 million into VOYAH. As part of the capital increase agreement, the ownership structure of VOYAH Automobile will change. Following the capital increase, Dongfeng Motor Group will own 79.69% of VOYAH. DFAM will own 3.30% and the remaining 17.01% will be controlled by other shareholders. Under this structure, Dongfeng will maintain control over VOYAH while involving trusted partners in its development.
