Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today 8th January 2025 at Kathmandu.

The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2023/24 (2080/81) and appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2024/25 (2081/82).

Laxmi Sunrise Bank closed the financial year 2023/24 with a balance sheet size of NPR 395 billion and net profit of NPR 2.92 billion. All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
