Kathmandu: Nabil Bank Limited receives the prestigious ISO 27001:2022 certification by INTERCERT, a globally recognized certification body. This certification underscores Nabil Bank’s dedication to safeguarding customer data and ensuring robust information security practices.

Nabil Bank receives the ISO certificate during the handover program held today in Nabil Bank’s Head Office in the presence of top-level officials.

INTERCERT conducted a thorough audit of Nabil Bank’s information security management practices, systems, and controls before granting the certification. With cyber threats becoming more sophisticated, Nabil Bank’s adherence to ISO 27001:2022 demonstrates its proactive approach to managing information security risks and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data. This certification reaffirms the bank’s dedication to maintaining the highest standards of security across all its operations.

Chief Executive Officer Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana emphasized the bank’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security. “At Nabil Bank, we prioritize the security of our customers’ data. Achieving the ISO 27001:2022 certification reflects our dedication to implement robust security measures and continuously improving our information security management system,” he stated.
