Kathmandu, April 15, 2026- Nepal has achieved a remarkable double victory on the international stage, with Nepali professionals securing top honours at two prestigious global competitions held at Hotel Sheraton, Indore. This milestone reflects the growing capability, competitiveness, and global presence of Nepal’s workforce.

 

At EMTECH 2026, one of the most competitive global technical innovation contests, Team Gurkhas from Nepal emerged as the Global Winner. Competing against 120 teams from 12 countries, the team demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and innovation to secure the top position.

In another significant achievement, Nepal also secured victory at the VECV International Sales Contest PROFORMERS Season 11. Among more than 350 professionals from 22 countries, Sailendra Chand from Nepal won in the Bus category, showcasing outstanding performance in one of the industry’s most competitive international sales contests.
