Rajbiraj, December 29: Xiaomi has strengthened its presence in Nepal by opening a dedicated service facility at Lahan Chowk in Siraha. Xiaomi, the global technology leader, aims to enhance customer support and accessibility for its growing user base in the region through this new establishment.

Customers visiting the center can get their Xiaomi products serviced, including mobile phones, smart wearables like fitness trackers and smartwatches, audio devices such as earbuds and headphones, as well as various IoT gadgets. The facility promises authentic replacement components and maintains high service standards, according to company officials.

Ramesh Corp’s subsidiary, Teledirect Pvt. Ltd., will manage the center’s operations. The company has established itself as Xiaomi’s authorized service provider throughout Nepal, building a reputation for dependable customer care.
To celebrate the launch, the center is offering attractive promotional benefits valid for the first month. These include complimentary device servicing and software updates across all product categories. Additionally, repairs and components not covered under warranty will be available at a 25% reduced rate, with service fees waived for such parts.
