KATHMANDU: Santosh Kumar Rathi has been appointed Chair of the NIC Asia Laghubitta Biitiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) Board of Directors.

The company’s 166th board of directors meeting, held on Feb 20, appointed him as chair of the board of directors.

Previously, the meeting had appointed Dinesh Bhari as director alongside Rathi. Rathi and Bhari were appointed as NIC Asia Bank directors.

Rathi and Bhari have been appointed as directors for the remainder of the term, which begins on Feb 17.

Previously, NIC Asia Bank’s directors in the company were Kapil Dhakal and Prakash Baral.

NIC Asia Bank’s 590th meeting decided to recall Dhakal and Baral and replace them with Rathi and Bhari as representative directors.
