The British College Rejects Allegations, Clarifies Position

Kathmandu, 24 December 2025 – The British College (TBC) has officially denied circulating claims regarding its academic programs, student welfare, and overseas arrangements. The college emphasized its legal recognition in Nepal, partnerships with international universities, and the legitimacy of its Hospitality and Foundation programs.
TBC clarified that internships are facilitated but not guaranteed, temporary accommodation in Dubai is provided, and long-term housing is the responsibility of students. It also addressed that nine students returned to Nepal due to personal dissatisfaction, while the majority continue their studies.
The college strongly rejected all allegations of exploitation or human trafficking, highlighted ongoing academic delivery, and urged the public not to rely on misleading information.
