Kathmandu, Nepal – The meeting of Board of Directors of Sanima Bank Limited held on November 10, 2025 appointed Mr. Pawan Kumar Acharya as the Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Bank with effect from January 26, 2026 ( Magh 12, 2082 B.S.).

Mr, Acharya, a permanent resident of Lalitpur, has been working at Sanima Bank since its inception from the year 2004. He has 21 years of experience in banking. He is currently senior Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Sanima. He has headed more than ten departments and branch during his service at Sanima. His major strength lies in Credit Assessment, Digitalization and Project Financing. He has been serving as the Chairman of Sanima Capital. Apart from banking experience, he has more than four years of experience as an engineer. He also worked as a Visiting Faculty for five years.

Mr. Acharya completed his MBA from Pittsburg State University, USA and Bachelors in Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur. His academic highlight also includes securing Board third position in nationwide SLC examination from Adarsha Vidya Mandir High School.
