Kathmandu, Nepal –   Laxmi Sunrise Bank’s 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today 29th December 2025 at Kathmandu. The AGM approved distribution of 10% Bonus Shares to its shareholders. The Bank’s paid up capital will reach NPR 26.85 Billion after the distribution of bonus shares.

The AGM discussed and approved the Directors’ Report and the Financial Statements for the financial year 2024/25 (2081/82) and appointed statutory auditors for the financial year 2025/26 (2082/83).

Laxmi Sunrise Bank closed the financial year 2024/25 with a balance sheet size of NPR 443 Billion and net profit of NPR 4.06 billion. All key financial indicators are well within prudential and regulatory norms.
