Kathmandu, August 31, 2025 : NIMB Ace Capital Limited, in collaboration with Pioneer Law Associates and ICRA Nepal Limited, successfully organized a workshop titled “Road to IPO” at Hotel Aloft Kathmandu on August 29, 2025. The program was specifically designed to educate participants from corporate organizations with comprehensive insights and strategic guidance on navigating the process of taking their company public through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

The session was inaugurated with welcome remarks from Mr. Shivanth Bahadur Pande, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital Limited. He emphasized the importance of IPOs in shaping a company’s long-term vision, facilitating capital formation, and contributing to broader economic development.

Mr. Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates, addressed critical topics related to the legal considerations of IPOs and the current legal framework governing them. Mr. Sachindra Dhungana, DCEO of NIMB ACE Capital Limited, covered essential areas such as corporate governance, IPO timing, methods, capital structuring, pricing, and timelines. Additionally, Mr. Rajib Maharjan, Head of the Rating Division at ICRA Nepal, provided valuable insights into the significant role a company’s financials play in determining credit ratings and shaping investor perception.

The workshop provided an in-depth exploration of the key components involved in taking a company public through an IPO.
