3-Day Gamified Bootcamp Equips Fresh 12th Graduates with Future-Ready Skills
Kathmandu, June 2026: The first batch of Glocal Presents Ncell 12th Pass: THE GLITCH, powered by Embark College, successfully concluded after three transformative days of learning, creativity, innovation, and personal growth.
The bootcamp brought together 50 newly graduated Grade 12 students and provided them with future-ready skills and practical experiences through an engaging gamified learning approach designed to support their transition into adulthood and professional life.
Structured as an immersive “flight plan,” the three-day bootcamp equipped participants with essential competencies in artificial intelligence, personal branding, content creation, financial literacy, communication, and career development.
The first day, themed “Check-In & Identity Avatar Creation,” began with participants receiving official Ncell SIM cards and high-speed data packs, marking the start of their digital journey. Facilitated by AI Policy Researcher and Trainer Chandan Goopta, the sessions focused on artificial intelligence, prompt engineering, and digital identity creation. Participants developed their own “Anti-Bio” and created professional digital avatars representing their future selves, concluding the day with a profile showcase that strengthened self-awareness, confidence, and AI literacy.
The second day, “The Connection – Ncell Day,” emphasized design thinking, content creation, and visual branding under the facilitation of Niraj Neupane. Through the Ncell Connectivity Challenge, participants used CapCut and AI-assisted creative tools to produce digital content. The creations were later showcased and published on social media, helping participants enhance their personal branding, creativity, and digital storytelling skills.
The final day, “The Vault & Departure,” focused on financial literacy, budgeting, public speaking, and career planning. Facilitated by Ojaswi Shrestha alongside the Glocal team, participants engaged in an interactive role-playing challenge titled “The Kathmandu Survivor and Plan a Trip to Bali.” They also participated in a treasure hunt integrated with the Ncell App, where they solved clues, identified digital scams, and managed simulated budgets. The activities provided hands-on exposure to financial decision-making while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving.
The bootcamp concluded with a graduation ceremony during which participants received their Skill Passports, stamped with “Skill Visa Granted,” symbolizing their accomplishments and preparedness for future opportunities.
Over the course of the three-day program, participants developed competencies in self-awareness, personal branding, AI mastery, design thinking, content creation, financial literacy, budgeting, and public speaking.
The final day also featured a career guidance session and an introduction to Glocal Teen Hero South Asia 2026, encouraging eligible participants to pursue leadership opportunities and meaningful social impact initiatives.
Organizers highlighted that learning extends beyond traditional classrooms and thrives through creativity, collaboration, innovation, and experiential learning.
Glocal expressed gratitude to all participants, trainers, facilitators, mentors, volunteers, partners, and supporters whose dedication and enthusiasm contributed to making the first batch of Glocal Presents Ncell 12th Pass: THE GLITCH, powered by Embark College, a remarkable success.
