Kathmandu, Nepal, 16 April 2026 — F1Soft International has announced the appointment of Sanat Kumar Paudel as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at a special function marking the company’s 22nd anniversary.

He succeeds Subash Sharma, Co-founder and Director of the company, who has served as CEO for over a decade. Subash Sharma has been a principal architect in translating the F1Soft Group’s vision into meaningful and impactful offerings, including digital financial solutions, eSewa, and Fonepay, which have helped transform Nepal’s digital finance landscape and improve the lives of citizens, households, and businesses across the country. He will continue in his role as Director, overseeing the Group’s strategic direction.

Sanat Kumar Paudel is currently the CEO of FoneNxt Pvt. Ltd., a part of the F1Soft Group of Companies. With this new appointment, he will lead the executive teams of both organizations. Prior to joining the F1Soft Group, Paudel spent over a decade at Nabil Bank, where he led Payment Technology Management and the bank’s Digital Transformation Program. He is a seasoned ICT professional and banker with more than two decades of experience.
